Space zoning is very important in an open house. It may not necessarily be a physical partition because it will shrink the room area. That is why the ceiling height in the first room is done differently according to the areas: living area and dining area. There is a small study corner which can be enclosed when it is not in use to reduce the clutter in the space. The master room is originally built with a normal wardrobe area, but it is now modified to a nice walk-in wardrobe that leads to the bathroom, without neglecting the sleeping area in the bedroom.
